There are a number of excellent golf courses in the Languedoc-Roussillon, particularly those at Lamalou, Carcassonne, Cap d'Agde and Montpellier. Further afield, head to Font-Romeu - at 1800 metres you can get a lot of carry on your drives - or to the Domaine de Falgos, which has views over the Canigou Mountain.
